Karen Tumulty was provided a peer reviewed scientific document by Garko with We Are Change Austin. It concludes that nano thermite residue was found in WTC debris. She was also informed by WAC Austin that six of the ten 9/11 commission members basically say that the commission did not get to the truth. She was also reminded that she wrote about the Bush administration’s abuse of the Patriot act to remove a number of federal judges from the bench. It was pointed out to her that the patriot act is a direct result of 9/11. Other questions were brought up such as the fact that the family members of the 9/11 victims want answers. Also, that the fact that the first responders are dying from ailments caused by being at ground zero because they were lied to [by the government] about the quality of the air. Additionally, that Charlie Sheen wrote the script 20 minutes with the president. In this script Charlie brings up 20 questions about 9/11 in a hypothetical interview with Obama. When asked if the media will get behind asking questions about 9/11 Tumulty responded by saying, “I really don’t see it happening.” Overall responses from Tumulty were that this is all conspiracy theory, and that the original 9/11 commission did get to the truth. It’s absolutely amazing that anyone can live in this world, and think that the original 9/11 commission was not a complete fabrication made to suit the Bush administration’s policies of stripping all of our rights, and war mongering.

Fresno police on Wednesday released body-camera video of officers fatally shooting a 19-year-old man who ignored repeated commands to stand still and show his hands. At a news conference, Chief Jerry Dyer acknowledged the video is gruesome, but he said it was important for the public to see. He said he prays it won’t spark violence amid simmering anti-police sentiment in Fresno and elsewhere.
“Tensions are high,” Dyer said. “In some cases we are one spark away from a forest fire. And I pray this video doesn’t serve as that spark … This is not a time to become violent.” The June 25 video shows officers, who were looking for a man with a rifle, pulling over Dylan Noble, who got out of his truck and walked away from and then toward two officers.
He didn’t comply with commands, and then he is heard saying he hates his life. One officer fired twice with a pistol. Noble fell and was shot again on the ground as he moved his arms. An officer fired a fourth shot with a shotgun. Dyer said officers believed Noble was reaching for a weapon, but it turned out he was holding a small plastic box.
The video was shown last week to Noble’s father and stepfather. His mother, who declined to watch the videos, is seeking damages from the city for her son’s death. Stuart Chandler, the attorney for Noble’s mother, Veronica Nelson, put out a statement saying that he urged the police chief to release the video Wednesday.
“We are pleased to discover from the media that Chief Dyer is belatedly providing the body camera footage to the general public,” Chandler said. Dyer said he intended to make the video public last Friday, but he held off because of the shooting deaths of police in Dallas the night before. The video shows Noble first draw officers’ attention when he screeched his tires in their search for an armed man.
Noble pulls into a gas station, and officers order him to put both hands out of the window. Noble puts his left hand out the window, concealing his right hand, and officers shout “both your hands!” Noble gets out of the truck and walks away from officers, at first putting both hands in the air. He turns around and walks toward officers, raising his left hand but putting his right hand behind his back.
“Get on the ground now!” officers continually shout. One yells: “Drop whatever you have in your hand!” He continues to walk toward officers with his right hand concealed and his left hand in the air. “You’re going to get shot, man,” one officer says. Then the first to shots are fired in rapid succession as Noble shouts out and falls to the ground. On the ground he continues reaching under his shirt, the video shows.
“Quit reaching for what you’ve got,” one officer shouts. After several seconds the same officer fires one more shot, then seconds later a third officer approaches with a shotgun and fires the fourth and final shot. Noble’s mother and attorney said in a claim filed with the city that the officers used excessive force, and they called the death inexcusable.
The claim does not say how much Nelson seeks from the city. Dyer, who has asked the FBI do its own investigation into the shooting, said he has yet to conclude if officers used excessive force.

As you may already know, how our beloved scholar Sheikh Ahmed Deedat refreshed the science of debating in the Islamic tradition. When you flip through the Islamic books, you will come across Imam Abu Hanifa, Imam Ibn Taimiah, Imam Abul Baqaa’, Alama Ramatullah Al-Hindi, and so many scholars describing their debates, explaining their arguments, and refuting the opposites’. When it comes to the 21st century we just have one in mind: Sheikh Ahmad Deedat. Here I present before you my collection of Sheikh Ahmad Deedat’s debates and lectures in 3 different qualities(whenever possible) to spread the good word among us and to others, hoping that Allah (Subhanah Wa Ta’alla) guides us and them to the right path. Ahmed Hoosen Deedat (Gujarati: અહમદ હુસેન દીદત July 1918 – 8 August 2005) was a South African writer and public speaker of Indian descent.[2][3] He was best known as a Muslim missionary, who held numerous inter-religious public debates with evangelical Christians, as well as video lectures on Islam, Christianity, and the Bible. Deedat established the IPCI, an international Islamic missionary organisation, and wrote several widely distributed booklets on Islam and Christianity. He was awarded the King Faisal International Prize in 1986 for his fifty years of missionary work. He wrote and lectured in English
Deedat received heavy criticism from liberal Muslim groups in South Africa which felt he inaccurately represented Islam and was intolerant of people of other religions, including Christians, Hindus, Jews and Jains. Several monthly editions of the Muslim Digest of South Africa (July, August, September, October) in 1986 were almost entirely devoted to criticising Deedat’s stance and “his various dangerous activities”.[33]
In 1988, following the publication of Salman Rushdie’s fictional work The Satanic Verses, Deedat supported the fatwā of the Ayatollah Khomeini calling for Rushdie’s death. He said that Rushdie “is a hypocrite and has blasphemed holy personalities. He should not be pardoned.”[34]
His ties to Islamic extremism also became increasingly documented towards the end of his life. It emerged his dawah centre, IPCI, was heavily financed by the Bin Laden family and that he had personally met Osama Bin Laden, whom he described positively.[35]
Deedat’s debates and writings have been labelled a form of apologetics[4] by Lloyd V. J. Ridgeon, professor of Islamic Studies at the University of Glasgow.
Muslim scholar Farid Esack has criticised Deedat, comparing him to such fundamentalists as Rabbi Meir Kahane and Jerry Falwell, and writing:[36]
Deedat’s multitude of anti-Christian, anti-Jewish and anti-Hindu videotapes have told us all that there is to be told about the other, and we are comfortable with that. There are times, of course, when questions surface about the importance of correct dogma, about the importance of labels to a God whom we believe sees beyond labels and looks at the hearts of people. Instead of pursuing these questions, we hasten back and seek refuge in “the known.” We order another of those Deedat tapes.[36]
The Stephen Roth institute for the study of contemporary antisemitism and racism calls Deedat “anti-Jewish” but does not elaborate.[37] In France sale and distribution of his books has been forbidden since 1994 as they are said to be violently anti-western, antisemitic and inciting to racial hate. [38]
Following his 1981 debate with Deedat, Josh McDowell released a book co-authored with John Gilchrist entitled “The Islam Debate”, which included criticism of a number of Deedat’s arguments from a Christian perspective.[39] Deedat responded to McDowell’s book in chapters 17 and 19 of “Crucifixion or Cruci-fiction”.[40]
In his last tour to Australia, the publicity resulting from the presence of Deedat caused Franca Arena, member of the Legislative Council of the government of New South Wales to comment in her speech concerning racism:
